Nov 20, 2012 As such every player in ESO will have the Divine-given-right to crouch and try their skills as a thief. This is welcomed news for the fans who know that that sort of class flexibility should come standard with any game wishing to sit on the TES thrown. Details about the stealth system in the Elder Scrolls Online are scarce at the moment. I have a question regarding ESO skill reverse slash. In the skill description it says: 'Gives up to 300% more damage against enemies under 50%'. The thing is, how is that up to computed? Is it random? I tested against some random npcs (hit them with the skill while under 50%). My base damage on skill is 2988 dmg (let's round to 3k).

Gear and Item Set Info
Rattlecage: 5 body (impenetrable)
Elegance: 2 body (impenetrable), 3 jewelry (magicka recovery)
Inferno staff: random (sharpened, glyph of flame)
Restoration staff: random (defending, any enchant that fits your playstyle)
Why Rattlecage? The point is that we want go heavy to be tanky. Increased resoource back from full HA(heavy attack) which is really great when we have to do HA with our resto staff. This set is probably an offensive one: it gives a lot of spell dmg and free major sorcerery at all times. Yes, we can get access to this buff with entropy or whatever, but with Rattlecage - you will have an 'additional slot' (cause we dont have to place entropy and can put any other skill, which we did) and no need to cast entropy to get that buff, so, lets say, we remove a lot of additional factors)
Elegance. Gives us a little spell dmg, a decent magicka and 20% more dmg from HA and LA(light attacks). Since this build is a 'half-blood' (something between ganker and good duelist) that last bonus of Elegance is pretty cool, because we start our gank combo from full HA with our inferno staff and do a lot of weaves even with resto staff.
Random inferno and resto, well... Nothing to say, we just cant place something better.
This setup is really great in Azura, so if you're looking for magblade build to play in this campaign - your welcome.
Alternative
For those who dont want to play without monster set and go heavy.
Spinners: 4 body (impenetrable), 1 inferno staff (sharpened, glyph of flame)
Valkyn Skoria: 2 body (impenetrable, 1 medium, 1 heavy)
Lich: 1 body(impenetrable), 3 jewelry (magicka recovery), 1 restoration staff (defending, any enchantment that fits your playstyle)
More farm and money needed for that setup, but you'll get more diversity and dmg. Also you better to place Entropy for major sorcerery (just replace cripling grasp)
General Info
Food: Health + Magicka + Magicka Recovery
Potions: Immune to knockback + Health or Stamina(since we have lack of stamina back to deal with CC) + Magicka
Also detection pots might be helpfull against other NBs.
